Good TV?

I'm thinking about getting a TV here in the near future. What do you guys think about this Phillips?

I would rather go with Phillips because I have an older one now but an LCD Flat Panel would be much better for my space restrictions and for gaming.

Also, should I add the additional 2 year warranty? Its only $99 more but do you think it would be worth it?

I like vizio cheap and with great screens in them. Just not a lot of useless features
