So, I started painting this mouse about a year ago. Someone wanted me to do a USMC theme on it with the sticker, and I lost contact with him. Now that I have my wicked cool airbrush (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13221), I want to paint everything I can get my hands on. I figured this mouse would be a good start. I painted the base black last year and the rest was going to be red. I decided to change it to blue metallic.

No SgtM mouse mod would be complete without a blue tracking LED

looks pretty slick.

Was the airbrush worth it?

Wow, that looks awesome for a $13 brush. Great work. If I can secure a compressor Ill be getting one too. Then down the road I will upgrade to the one Commando recommended to me.

This all is making me think I need to get pictures of my mods up. And get working on some new stuff I have half started.

The airbrush is totally worth it. Even though it's a cheapie, it's excellent for small projects like this, and the dual action gives you so much control it's unbelievable. Next week I might try some flames.

That turned out great! I'm looking forward to seeing some more projects.
