Laptop 6150 is better than ATI X2400?

I have two laptops. On both laptops I have full versions of Polar Bowler installed. My laptop with the GeForce 6150 (Turion TI-58, 2GB RAM) plays Polar far faster than the one with my ATI X2400 (Core 2 5450, 3GB RAM). The X2400 should be waaaay better, but it's not. The game has major lags. Anyone know of any settings I need to change to make it best? Anti-Aliasing and stuff just doesn't make any sense to me.

I checked msconfig. One of the ATI services was unselected. I reselected it and rebooted. The game is playing faster, but still not as fast as the 6150.:think:
