If you have wifi on both, yes.

You need to google how to set up a wireless home network and set up the network on the PC. When doing so you will be asked to set up network security (WPA is recommended over WEP) and then using your network passcode connect with the laptop. After you have the network on the PC set up and the wireless enabled on the laptop, your laptop should "find" a wireless network and a pop up will appear in the bottom right corner of the desktop, should be straight forward at that point.
