Download confusion

What is downloading is it browsing the web and watching videos on youtube downloading as my useage each month seems to way to much for what im actually doing.

by "Download" they probably mean bandwidth, and yes, watching youtube videos counts as the data's stored in your temporary internet files. Your computer caches stuff so it loads quicker.

any time you go onto the internet you are downloading/uploading information, not just when you want to download a program or file.
