Ok well ive been offered this 9" crt monitor made for siemens (but i believe to be axion) Model No. MV-0901
The person whos giving it me says there are only 6 pins on the connector which they believe to be svga. I know it depends on the pins, but will it work with 6 any any chance? If not how hard is it to 'rewire/solder' a new svga connector onto it? Ive got the perfect place for it but if its too much hassle ill just tell him to leave it.
Thanks in advance

Hmm, 2,7,10,12,13,14 have pins.
If it's VGA than that's: green, green return, Ground, SDA, H.sync V.sync.

It's probably monochrome, maybe even green!

Is it that the pins are missing or is it supposed to be this way?

Supposed to be that way. :)

As mentioned above, it's likely a monochrome green screen. It probably came from a cash register or something. :)

You should try hooking it up. Ghetto crysis!

lol. Monochrome crysis would be so full of win, too bad it probably wouldn't work.

Yeah, I don't think that screen could even do 640x480.
