Hi people.

Hope help can come to me...

Right... we have a foison C-24 vinyl cutter, which connects via USB.

Sometimes (more so lately) the PC doesn't find it when we plug it in.

It's done this before - but I can't remember what we did....

When we plug something else in the same USB port we get the 'ding-dong' and it works fine.

We've tried a different cable - and no different.

We're playing with it now - and we're getting it occasionally recognising it, and sometimes not.

Badly explained, but if anyone has any ideqa what I'm on about, please helllllp meeeeeeee!

Is there anything that leads you to believe the device is in working condition? Have you tried to plug it in to a different machine? Could be a problem with drivers or the physical device itself (bad soldering or something within the device giving it limited connectivity) If you can get USB devices to work on the same cable and port then you can obviously rule out the port itself to be the culprit.
