I Received a packet of information I requested for an online school to learn PLC's or Programmable logic controllers.
I have acquired several of them.

Has anyone had any success with online training programs?

I've heard (from my wife) that several of them are actually pretty respectable--not sure which ones.

I took Geometry as an online class over the summer last year. I wouldn't have been able to take Calculus in high school if I hadn't, and surprisingly enough, Geometry is the subject I scored highest on for our Pre-ACT test. I didn't have any problems with it, it actually was very nice. Full highschool credit in 3 months, doing ~5 minutes of work at a time. I was also looking into taking a programming course at our tech uni here, and if I hadn't been able to sign up for it as a school day class, I would have gladly taken it online.

If I remember correctly, OpenUniversity is fairly decent.

I'm currently enrolled with University of Phoenix. Once you get a few classes under your belt, the students who can't cut flake off just like anywhere else.
Some headhunters don't like seeing UoP or DeVry on a resume, but chances are they are hiring for companies that you prolly don't want to work for.

I got my A+ and Networking+ certification training from an online source.
For the life of me I can't remember, but it was REALLY good :)

I received a program booklet form the George Brown college of Toronto, Canada.
Distance Training program. 34 weeks (approximately)
I toured a custom motor coach facility in the area I'm moving to soon.
Hopefully with some training I can get hired on there and work my way up to designing interiors of Yachts. ::Crosses Fingers:: :)
I already know someone that works there, she said they would start me out soldering 100's of feet of wire.
Lots of hot chics work there to. :D
