Zune Problem

My friend just got a MS Zune 30GB. He goes to hook it up to his Vista Laptop and the computer can't find drivers for it (with the zune software installed). After a bit of searching we found that many people claim the Zune does not work on Vista. Im not so sure about this, so does any one on here know of a fix to get the Zune working?

I own a 30gb Zune and it works fine on Vista for me. I had firmware 1.3 when I first tries it on Vista, and it automatically found the drivers and updated to the 2.3 firmware.

So if his computer doesn't automatically find the drivers when you search for them I'd suggest going to the Microsoft site and searching for the drivers there manually. If that doesn't work it could be a faulty Zune.
