From what I gather, jailbreaking iPods isn't illegal, but will void your warranty. That being said, the use of downloaded games and emulators are, and here at TBCS we tend to stay away from that kind of discussion.

I Have already jailbroken my ipod and it is 100% worth it. Iphone apps, themes, games, ability to remotely control your pc,you name it, once jailbroken, your touch can do anything. PM me and ill write a tut.
