How can i signup for NewEgg.com in Canada? Ive tried..but theres no way i can find the correct state or w..e...help

Does AA, AE, or AP stand for anything in canada? Because those are the only selections in states that aren't states. Do you know if Newegg ships to Canada? I'm not sure that they do.
