i think you will have better luck getting a plain 680i board then adding your own blocks, one that are better too :). you don't really need to water cool the voltage reg's anyhow.

for the chipsets the Swiftech MCW30's are great, but you won't really need to cool the south bridge, so you should only need one. then for the cpu you can go top of the line and get a Swiftech Apogee GTX or D-tek Fuzion. and then there is video cards, you can use the Swiftech MCW60 for that, you will need ramsinks though.

then if you don't already have the pump, rad, res. you can get the following

Pump- Swiftech MCP655
Rad- MCR320 (3x 120mm fans)
Res - Swiftech MicroRes
