Oops, I made a mistake on the build I am currently working on, and cut the hole for the 3.5" internal card reader bay just a HAIR too big. I can still mount the drive in there obviously but it will bother me to no end. I also bought a temperature probe/display for this thing and it has a small plastic bezel around the front. Does anyone know of any 3.5-inch internal card reader bays that have front bezels? I mean that extend to the side of the 3.5-inch hole and above and below it, like a frame? Or any 3.5-inch internal ANYTHING that comes with a bezel, so I can steal it?

Take a piece of plexi or styrene and make your own.

I'd just reconstruct where you overshot the line... it's too small for Bondo, really, but if you have a wood burner you really don't like and an old front panel, you can melt new plastic in place, and snip/sand it to shape when it dries. This is quite toxic, so don't do it inside, and it's probably best to wear some sort of breathing apparatus.

Ok, I tried cutting my own out of scrap that I had but this stuff is too thick, stands out way too far from the front face. I tried shaving it down to a manageable thickness but it curled, probably from the uneven heating of the saw. I've ordered a small piece of matching 1/8" plexi, will see what I can get done with that. Hope to have enough left over to make fronts for the DVD drives also. Thanks!
