Hi I am just wondering if you had any recommendations for a program that will convert any video format (mpeg, AVI etc) into a different format? I am looking for a free program and one that performs well.
I am currently using this.
AVS Video Converter:
http://avs4you.com/AVS-Video-Converter.aspx?type=GoogleAdWordsSearch&gclid=CPfc6JXEo5ICFQ06awodASw2RQ
This is a good utility but you have to pay for it, also if you use the unregistered version your converted file has a water mark that flashes in the center of the screen every 10 seconds.
I have also found that only the latest version of AVS (V5.6.1.715) works with Vista. All the previous versions I have installed say that the codecs can't be found, even with a full codec pack installed.
Any help?
