Is there a way to change the orientation of the hard drive bay of a soprano thermaltake case so that the bay faces away from the video card and mobo and towards the side panel.
Thanks.

Hi, and welcome. I looked through a few different reviews on it and it doesn't appear that you can just swap them around as they are riveted to the case chassis and the 5.25" bays above them.
But all is not lost. It should be pretty simple to de-rivet them and drill new corresponding holes and re-rivet them. The bottom would be easy, the top where it attaches to those other bays may need a little ingenuity, but should be a relatively simple job with a drill and a rivet gun.
Note: You may have slightly crippled airflow from that front intake as it can't sweep across the drives anymore. The airflow would be blocked a bit by the metal of the hdd rack in that orientation.

Do you know what type of rivets i need. I know they are 1/8" but i'm not sure on how long the rivets are. I think my system will be alright and I could place a fan on the back of the back cover of the case or something. Thank you very much.
