Get two pieces of metal, drill holes at the proper place, find way to mount to rest of case.
Depends how complex you want it.

You're basically asking "How do I make a metal box with holes in it?"
Try looking at literally any case out there, you'll see they all have them. If you can't figure it out, I'd be terrified to see you holding a Dremel...no offense.

haha no offense taken. Well i'm just trying to figure out an idea where i will still have a good amount of airflow in my case.I'm thinking about just buying this lian li cage that holds three drives and just drilling holes in my case to rivet then in. I've seen some people use rods to hold their drives and that seemed interesting but i think i would like the more ordinary until i become better at modding.

Well you could take measured sheet aluminum . .bend it with a brake.

And Rivet it on the top or bottom to a reinforcement bracket
. .or scrap rectangle of your sheet metal.
