Ok, I was wondering if anyone knew of any websites that sold styrene sheets cheap. The hobby shops around me are a bit expensive and I really need quiet a bit. (I like to buy in bulk and then slowly use it up). Basically I'm building a stash of common modding supplies for my new work room, and don't want to drop like $40 for 6 sheets.

Aero,
The best price I've seen is $20us a sheet (that's 4'x8') so If you want 6 sheets You'll be dropping more than $40. You can try www.usplastic.com (http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/category.asp?catalog_name=USPlastic&Category_Name=62&Page=1)
or Laird Plastics (http://www.lairdplastics.com/)
But you may pay allot on shipping. I picked up my Styrene from my local Sigh shop, they charged me a buck or two more then if I ordered it online but I didn't have to pay shipping (cheaper for just a few sheets) I ordered it one day and picked it up the next day.

Good Luck,

alright. I'll just see if I can find some around here, didn't think about shipping that much. I'll keep it in mind when comparing prices. But if I can get an 4'x8' sheet that would proboly be good. The largest I can find around me is about 8"x10".

Just keep in mind that Plastic im made with oil...So as the price of oil goes up so does plastics, Plus shipping costs more because gas costs more....

Good luck,
