I'm looking for a decent camcorder in the $200.00 range.
5 Megapixels minimum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Videocamera camcorder or digital camera? A "camcorder" is a video camera and those usually only go up to HD pixel count. You must mean digital camera then.

As far as I know they are still called camcorders
. .around here anyway.

Something similar to this:

As far as I know, you're going to be hardpressed finding a HD camcorder for that price.

EDIT: This is all I could find:

Me and my siblings got my mom a HD one for Christmas. Its one of those hybrid ones. Hard Drive and Mini-DVD. But it was a bit more than your budget.
