That looks cool, I wonder how much it'll cost... and if it runs off thermal energy that'd be sweet. The hotter the system gets, the more power it puts out... that'd be awesome. Or does the 400W mean that's how much it uses?

It means it will remove 400watts of heat energy from the cpu. Its only got its pump to power so i suspect its going to use about 50watts of actual power.

Looks cool as hell though :)
