I am wanting to do my first liquid cooled cpu and chipset on my new build. Could you guys recommend any good kits? I have heard that mixing metals is very bad, and all the kits I see on newegg tend to have an aluminum radiator but a copper heat sink.

kits in general are a bad idea. You should look around newegg, dangerden or xoxide and build your own kit in the shopping cart. You'll be much happier in the end and have lots of options to maximize performance for your budget.

Also, most CPU block are universal but chipsets are a bit selective.

If you give us a budget, some people here might go so far as to list a shoppingcart kit within your budget.
