My monitor has hdmi and I was looking for a good hdmi card for gaming. any suggestions?

My monitor has hdmi and vga, in your opinion would it be better to go with a card with hdmi or for the money would it be better to go with just a vga one?

Budget cards with HDMI aren't common... just get one with DVI and use a adapter for VGA.
