Not to long ago I saw a tutorial about making a power supply work with just pluging it in and turning it on without it being connected to a motherboard or any other parts, I didn't think of anything about it so I didn't look at it really but now I need it. So can I get some help with doing this?

You'll need to run a jumper wire (I used a paper clip) from the PS_ON pin on the main ATX cable to one of the ground pins. Is it a 24-pin cable?
