I've written the worklogg in norwegian for å norwegian casemod contest. Sorry.

Now the project is reaching the end and my worklogg is updatet.

What is left to do:
- Sold on a power button and intergarte it in the frame.
- Put a small webcam into the frame and make a 2mm hole for the webcam lense.
- Getting some speakers in there.

If you could get rid of that powercord hanging down it would really complete the illusion of it being a picture.

Yeah. That would be the optimal solution, but as far as I know there has not been inventet wireless el. yet ;) hehe

When I'm going to put it in my living room (Still waiting to move in to my new apartment) I'm going to paint the cord in the same color as the wall.

a few things to say. first off, that is an awesome idea. i really like it a lot, very unique. :D one of the first laptop mods that i have ever seen actually so i give you lots of credit for going even farther with a new idea.

secondly, it's a bit off topic, but i was checking out some of your other mods in your signature, and on your Kandalf one, i noticed in the picture of the two harddrives you have (http://www.thephreak99.com/images/casemod/PICT0277%20(Small).JPG) who makes those nice heatsinks that you have on the side? all i can see is the name Nexus and after googling for a while, i still can't find anything. thanks, and again, awesome mod :)

this is pretty, i like the idea of like a framed piture, but an lcd. Ive seen somewhere before some person made windows out of 4 lcds, and could have any view he wanted. cool idea, if i can run arcross a cheap laptop, i might do the same.
