mp3 player's lcd/screen mods/hacks?

mp3 players being dirt cheap as they are now, some have some pretty nice or decent little lcds. would it be a pain taking the lcd and modding it?

I would think so. You would have to find out a way to get your output to the screen, which may or may not be easy. You would probably have to do some chip hacking, but if you manage, let us know which MP3 you used so we can do it too :)

Hmmn. Search Blackbox. They've made their own little firmware for some Mp3's. They might be able to give you insight on how to display something.
