I have the sound card and aside from the sub-par drivers, it outputs awesome sound. Check out my review here (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13471). $50 is an amazing deal considering it retails for about $120-$170. The headphones connect to the HD-DAI connector (DVI looking one) and are made to give top quality 5.1 sound.
