Currently trying to find a 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2-1066 kit and I've found 3 which seem ok:

G.Skill 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2-1066 (5-5-5-15) $175
Team Xtreem Dark 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2-1066 (5-5-5-15) $209
OCZ Reaper 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2-1066 (5-5-5-18 ) $193

What do you guys think? Any more I should consider? Is it available over here?

btw, I have around $200 to spend (not much more than that)

OCZ Is good with the lifetime guarentee, but I put the G.Skill in my parent's computer and that also seems to be okay. Personally, I like the OCZ heatsinks on their RAM the best. I'd imagine that those would give them more surface area. I have had no experience with the Team Xtreem. If you are overclocking, get somebody else's opinion about it. I would get the OCZ over the G.Skill, if money was no issue. I don't know about the Team Xtreem Dark.

I have http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227284 and it works very well 65.99 after rebate.
It hits 4-4-4-12 when i used to have it overclocked

i just got one of these but it wasn't good sitting right with my motherboard so i returned them

also comes with pc vantage.

mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146785)
there 133.99 with a $20 mail in rebate which brings it to 113.99, might be worth it getting 2?

i have also tried that reaper kit and i got alot of blue screens of death with them. i will just stick with my generic 4 gb's of samsung's pc5300 and wait till i get a new motherboard and just go with DDR3.

Even though it has the worst timings?

I have been able to easily overclock my platinum revision 2 DDR2 800 to 4-4-4-14. Most of the OCZ ones are also made to support higher voltages, although a lot of other performance memory is too.

I think I'm going to try my luck with G.Skill RAM. It's the cheapest and it should perform well (I hope). It's the original RAM I was looking at.

Providing it can handle my overclocking >; )

timings don't really matter once you get to those speeds, your not going to notice a difference on the 18 vs 15.

Maybe, but lower timings still isn't a bad thing.

EDIT: A friend suggested it might be possible to get someone to order from newegg and then ship it to me.... any takers? xD;

Sorry, I just bought a ton of stuff from there yesterday for my upcoming NES mod.
