household fan?

anybody ever tried using house fans as intakes? something like

ive thought about it but if you thinging of the maximum blow out fan and dont care about noise go buy a vacum cleaner i know a guy that did that lol

not sure about that type but ppl use the 12" desktop fans a bit around here some one will be able to help you
