Ha, 6 hours! I couldn't do that even if I had 36. I need to get Blender on my Ubuntu install soon, since Windows is too slow to use C4D well.

I just need to reformat.

your system should run c4d alright if its the system in you "my system" tab:P... it would probertly take 12/15 hours though... but then you can just take the light and the overkill 16*16 AA i put on off:P

its 17.5" its on my laptop. it doesnt look out of shape or anything. i think its more of the shape what u have made what gives a 'inprssion' that it is wider. also the last picture i had was quite square. so going from one to the other has a big contrast.

lol nothing you have done is wrong. im apsolutly loving it :) keep em comming and you will keep my desktop happy :P

ps. did you ever seen the lad who clusterd 5 computers for 3ds max and that for rendering? his cpy came to 9ghz. and dematically changed the time for renders

well.. i got a quad right now... clocked @ 3.0 ghz, så i got a total of 12 ghz:P could need a few more though... going a bit slow... still better than my first celeron 2.6 xD and the last cpu i had was a 2.6 dual core...

nothing is god enough theese days:P

It does run alright, but my Windows installation has gotten so bloated over the last few months that doing anything on it is a pain.

Plus, Ubuntu is just so much faster I've gotten used to the speed, which is making Windows seem slower :p.

Where did you learn C4D? Internet tutorials? Or did you actually take a class on it?
