fan wiring again

what would i be better off to do with 4 120mm 3pin fans...

plug them all in indavidually.

wire them all up to 1 molex.

or got 3 , 2, 3pin to 1 3 pin connectors and a 3pin to molex...?

if the last one is confusing it looks like a tree

Depends on the wiring hell you are dealing with. First thing have you any spare fan headers on the MOBO you can use? If yes but distance is an issue then you could put them on a molex each or wire them all into one, - just check that rail can take it.

i dont think i can plug them into the mb for rpm controll that why i made a on/off switch for half the fans.. need to think about it abit more but please help anyway

You could fit a multi fan control board like this one (http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=98849&&source=14&doy=24m6), I'm going to use one myself in my new build, lots of the modding shops sell similar types of board.
