Are there any vids out there of people going to town on the front bezzel?

I've got my chassis but the front has to many curves on it for my first project, that and everything is glued on there.

Creating my own flat bezzel would be great but not something I feel I have the experience for.

As far as the front panel is concerned most people just cut out a fan hole.
I made my own out of two different front panels.

These are the only front panel tutorials I know of.

Thanks, definately something worth trying. I was a bit worried about the shape of my bezel on the lower 11 inches of what is approx 2 foot in height, there is an almost rounded V shape that recesses near the bottom of the V but a quantity of that material he's using might finish that off nicely.

I would recommend that you go ahead and try to build a custom bezel. The only way to gain more confidence in your abilities is to have the experience of doing the work yourself.

Yep, I agree. On my most recent mod, I found an old, ugly, but mostly flat bezel from another case and modified it to fit the case I was working on. You can also use sheet metal, plexi, styrene, etc to make one exactly to your own specs. (I recommend building a simple box shape, and then adding to that if you're going for an irregular shape.)
