I have a blue radgrillz i want on the top of my case. I cut out the shape into the case top, but my cuts are pretty bad. Its a blue see through radgrill. Can i spraypaint the bottom of the radgrillz black so you cant see the bad cuts? or is there another better way to do this?
Also, for the screws, wheres a good place i can get black 4mm (or equal standard size) hex screws cheap? home depot is 25+ cents a single screw! and mcmaster carr i could only find 80mm or longer screws.
Thanks so much,

I would recommend cleaning it up with a sanding drum.
A Dremel attachment. Looks like this.

I have some larger ones I've been meaning to try out.

the problem is that i was slightly drunk (i was just enough that my slight motor skills were messed up but i thought i was ok) and so the cuts are not all the same, with some being cut way to close to the screw hole to repair.

for the screws, you may look to see if there is a company in your area that specializes in fasteners, such as Fastenal (they had the black powder coated 1/4-20 flat head hex screws that I couldn't find anywhere else.)
I don't know if these are in your area, but near me, McLendon hardware and Dunn Lumber have some parts drawers too.

Sounds like the perfect excuse for a cover plate. :D

You can get them from your local hardware store.
They are used to cover unused outlets. . Generally for fans or porch lights.

You could spray paint the underside of your Radgrillz black. Mask that portion of the underside corresponding to the shape of your cut as it should be and spray the rest black. It will probably hide the irregular edge pretty well.
You could also get some of the 1/4" U-Channel from the mnpctech case mod store (http://www.mnpctech.com/UChannel.html). It's thinner and more flexible than many other channel types and will conform to a smaller radius curve, or can be easily cut to fit square corners. It has an adhesive sprayed on the inside that allows you to place it on an irregular edge and thus cover up the bad area.
