no, somebody with a spam account posted a spam reply advertising some Chinese thing trying to rip people off. I also thought that this was interesting and read it, myself.

It must have been deleted before I saw it but imagine walking around to charge your phone (I'm refering to pants and shirts using this technology).... it promotes exercise and saves you a little on your energy bill.

You could just have two levers attached to your legs that ratchet to turn a little generator. Charge as you walk, walk as you charge.
