Im running out of room in my case. I have a large case, actually one ontop of another. I have one mcr 320 taking up the back (the case its in doesent have the mobo, the top one does), i cant put one on the top becuase of no fan inlets, and not on the bottom because i have something special for that. I have 5.25 bays taking up the front. So im out of ideas on placement. Could i have one attached to the back of the case, then fans between that, then another mcr 320 and then more fans? Should i do fans rad fans rad fans or what?
Thanks,
tainted

I think this will be highly INefficient. for one the air leaving the first rad will be warmer, thus the second rad doesn't get optimal cooling. But also I think the fans won't work optimal when sandwiched between two rads.
maybe you can place the rads at an angle of eachother so that they both have normal airflows...?
like so:

or would this interfere with the inners of the case too much?

It wouldent fit very well. I already have one rad placed on the back. Ill try to work it in on the bottom of my case. If it was on the bottom, would air be pushing air out downwards or pulling air upwards for optimal cooling?

Well warm air likes to rise. It would be more efficient to have the rad suck air in, and then have a large fan over it in the top of the case. Combined with a duct if you have the room for it. If you have it push down you need to make sure that there is plenty of room underneath the case to allow proper airflow. Even ideally put a small shroud to guide the air out from under the case so it doesn't just sit there and transfer it's heat back to the case.

i cant fit it anywhere but beside the old rad. So ill see how it works like this: fan rad fan rad fan. It will have decreased performance, but then again, i have two mcr320's and a black ice gtx 240 for just a q6600 and 8800gt (or soon 9800gtx)

why don't you just mount the rad outside the case?

I bet you won't be able to put the rads beside each other on the side(s) of the case?
as for fan-rad-fan-rad-fan... I really doubt the second and third set of fans will do any good. It just seems to me they will choke and won't displace much air.
on the 'just a q6600 and a 8800GT' I can't help you. I'm not an WC-expert. But if it is 'just' that, won't 1 rad be sufficient?
