Frustrated with Windows?

They have spent too much time on making the eye candy, and not enough on making stuff more compatible. Windows update does take way too long to install anything. The search on the windows website also sucks. It's way too hard to find the stuff on there. I hate how when there's an update that requires the computer to be restarted, you get a window that pops up and asks you to restart it.

I tried burning a mix CD earlier and it burned only shortcuts to the songs, lol. What's the deal with that? I also installed Nero 6 and it didn't work either.

Yeah I really dislike how long windows updates take sometimes, not to mention the huge downloads but the long installs, and if it's a fresh install you sometimes have to restart your computer 5+ times to get them all. I've been using Linux lately and their downloads are a lot faster and installing is quick, sometimes still have to restart but not everytime. If he thought XP was a step backwards, Vista must be 3 steps.
