How are most people dealing with these, the bezel has a long thin oval shaped power switch that is glued in, likewise for the reset and LEDs.

How are people dealing with these? Just fibreglass over them and drill in holes for new switches elsewhere? Or drill them out all together, fill the holes and then drill in new holes for new switches elsewhere?

Bondo works well, as would hot glue to fill in the holes.

However, this approach works only if you have plans to relocate the switches and activity lights.

For larger areas like a 3.5" drive bay opening, get some scrap plexi or an old CD case, cut to fit, hot glue it in, and then bondo on top of that. This is the approach I've used on my Frankenstripe mod.

usually I see hot glue holding them in. Just grab 'em with a pair of pliers and yank the glue off (or the part, if you don't want to save it).

DrumThumper is right - bondo would work well to fill in the hole.
