HIS v Gainward

looking at Gainward Radeon HD4870 http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/27707
OR HIS Hightech Radeon HD4870 http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=7626

I know the cards are the same, but is one manufacturer superior ie customer service, reliability and bundle? I think i saw somewhere that Gainward bundle fan control software, which might be important due to the high heat of these cards. Any advice?

I had 3 or 4 cards from HIS, all faulty.
Didnt have to deal with them for replacements though, so cant comment on customer service, but i certainly wouldnt purchace a HIS card again.

I haven't heard of either of those companies before.
If you're williong to spend a little bit more I'd say go with the ASUS or Sapphire card, they are very reliable and customer support is very helpful.
