Oh, that's gotta hurt...

Nvidia will take a charge against second-quarter earnings of US$150 million to $200 million to cover the expected cost of repairing and replacing the products, which include graphics processing units and media and communications processors. It didn't say specifically which of its products were affected.

They're also been forced to lower prices (including on GTX2x0 series). But things will get more interesting soon enough.

I agree, my brothers each have one in their computers (a laptop and a desktop) and they are HIDEOUS. I had a 6800XT and it was alright... still not the greatest of all cards I've used when it came to reliability and whatnot, but that may have been the brand.

hell, all there products overheat!

My 8600GTS overheats so bad it causes random-texture problems with the stock fan. Watercooling was the only way i could play any game for longer then an hour at min-med settings.
