FX-62 vs. X2?

Looks like I may have to switch processors, can anyone tell me if, all other aspects being the same, is there a notable performance difference between the Athlon 64 FX-62 (2.8 Ghz) and the Athlon 64 X2 5400+ (2.8 Ghz)?

the fx series has unlocked multipliers. so they're meant for overclockers. i think the fx 62 actually has more cache then the x2 5200 so there would be a performance difference, but i;m not certain on that.
