Command & Conquer: Red Alert

Does anyone play the original of the series anymore? I love this game still. I had an awesome edited .ini file for it that drastically improved the gameplay and I'm possibly going to redo it... anyone interested? I might post the code or whatever if someone is, otherwise I won't bother, lol.

Note: I'm installing this now and may or may not actually get around to editing the .ini.

I've played red alert 2, that's really fun. Interesting story, too... if only I was good enough at RTSs to get through it.

It's really not that hard of a game... there are much, much harder ones. Hell, I haven't even beaten the first RA and right now I'm thinking I am done with gaming for a long while... time to get out and do things, lol. But I do have a rough draft of that .ini file if anyone wants it.

The last time I picked up a red alert was red alert 2 maybe 3-4 years ago. I am lookign forward to Red Alert 3 though. http://www.ea.com/redalert/index.jsp

I actually tried to play Red Alert 2 again just a couple of weeks ago, and it doesn't support nearly high enough resolution for my 22" screen. Plays really well but it looks like Lego Red Alert.

They keep making it more and more outlandish, lol... I really loved the style from the first one but that's just me... I may pick up RA3 down the road but we shall see, lol. From what I've heard, they're having a CoOp thing for the campaign and taht sounds really cool.
