NVidia Quadro graphic cards (http://store.nvidia.com/DRHM/servlet/ControllerServlet?Action=DisplayProductDetailsPage&SiteID=nvidia&Locale=en_US&Env=BASE&productID=67049700#)
how wicked would that be?
Sure, it's meant for a workstation, but if you look at all the specs, it has significant performance details

You won't be gaming with a Quadro. That's not what they were designed to do and perform very poorly in the gaming arena (just like ATI's FireGL line). Sure, you could play WoW or Diablo but Crysis would eat 4 of those up and spit them back out. Now, if you put AutoCAD or 3dsmax up to 4 of those, it's over ;).

Hehhe, Thought I heard my name...
To be honest, the GeForce equivalent of that card will run circles around the 5600 in gaming. In media and CAD applications, the FX5600 will always win.
...and have you checked the price?

EDIT: Plus there is a way to MOD a GeForce into a quadro so you can use the quadro drivers. The cost is directly related to the work they do on the drivers and special drivers for specific applications (such as Autocad, 3DSMax, etc...). I have a fx3450 in a rig at home and it does not game very well. I was trying to find the benchies for that card and the GeForce 6600 equivalent to compare.

Oddly enough, I work on a Quadro FX 4500, we originaly had a 5600 but we downgraded because there were some driver compatability issues with some of the openGL applications we use. We use Autocad, Architectural desktop, 3d studio Max, Poser, Revit, Cyclone, Navisworks, etc. and the card performs beautifully. I cannot speak for gaming because we are not allowed, no are we able to install any benchmarking software. our IT dept. is so tight here!!!
