Have any pesky programs that refuse to go away?

I had a program Roxio software that refused to uninstall.
I was also running the setup process at startup, and wouldn't cancel.
I tried removing it every way I could think. Including removing the programs common files from the program files directory, deleting the registry, removing it from the boot list, and nuking the process. Still wasn't gone.
This program has done the trick. It is gone forever, and thank God cause it was really starting to piss me off.
