I'm thinking of doing a Batman casemod. Suggestions are welcome, and I will try and get some pics of some cases that I might use, and some designs from cad up today or tomorrow.

Rock out with your mod out, dude. There are a number different ways you could go on this one. Seems like a fun time!

I have some microATX cases and some mid-towers. What would be the best for this? I like the bigger cases better, but have more empty mATX cases.

Well...what do you want to do with it? I think that, since you have both kinds of cases, this is going to be a instance where you want to come up with the idea, and then fit the case to it.

(Personally, I lean towards full ATX, but that's because I usually have those size mobos)

After server cases, I like full size ATX the best. I can use the full size atx motherboards, and there's a lot more room inside.

Yep...the flip side is that mATX cases let you add more stuff to the outside while keeping size down. But still, I'm with you: ATX is so much easier to work inside.

I started on this quite a while ago, but haven't really had time to get much work done. I plan to have the first pictures up next week for this as well as updates for my other mods.

Dunno if you are still looking for suggestions or not, but I think it would be cool if you built it in Batman style, i.e. all black, looking like one of Batman's toys, then defamed it with Joker graffiti.

Say you have the bat logo in a window on the side, then you wrote, "Why so Serious?" diagonally across it in crude spraypaint. Or you have a mini Batsignal on top, and the glass is broken out with a mini crowbar beside it.

Thanks, those are some ideas that I'll have to consider.
