Seriously Omega? You only need the $10 to view user created levels, not designs to the developer levels.

The Dismount games (http://jet.ro/dismount/). Push a guy down the stairs or drive his truck into a wall to cause maximum damage. Fun.
Armadillo Run (http://www.armadillorun.com/). Another "Get ball to goal" style game. Free demo available.
Widget Workshop (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Widget_Workshop). Seems to be a computer technology based puzzler using text boxes and number generators. No link provided, but worth tracking down.
