I wouldn't consider this a mod per say but, I'm looking to upgrade my reserator with out adding a external pump, I've been trying to search for a submersible pump to replace the stock pump inside of the reserator for a better flow rate. The system unit that is watercooled has a 5000+ that I'd like to OC in the summer time as well as the winter. As the PC is on the 3rd floor in my appt, It gets a bit hot in the room. Let me clarify the situation a little better and ask some questions as well.

I've seen a lot of watercooling on TBCS so I'm sure I can get the answers i need. Now if i can up the flow rate by a new pump, it will move the water faster. obviously. now, If the cooling apparatus being used isn't cooling the water fast enough the better pump is practically void. like I said I'm currently running a 5000+ BE in a antec 9000 case. with a swiftech apogee gt waterblock. I think its 3/8" tubing but I could be wrong, I'll check it out later and confirm the ID of the tubing. The proc at idle is 34-40C and from 40C to 48C under high load in a 85-90F environment. Is the reservoir/radiator going to be sufficient enough to provide better temps by only replacing the pump for a higher flow rate?

My temp numbers are a little rough so if need be I have a couple of days off where a accurate mean could be established. Thanks in advance..
