If I had my trusty multimeter here I could answer this myself...but does anyone know off the top of their head how much voltage is provided for the led's in a standard 120mm, 4-led case fan? I am wanting to replace the blue LED's I have in a fan right now with green ones. It's weird too because the led's don't seem to have resistors soldered on...weird. Thanks guys!

Just replace them. They'll be fine. There will be a resistor somewhere, but it'll be fine.

^^ agreed. The resistors are housed in the small PCB on the fan itself. Get replacement LED's and solder them to the wire leads.
