Hey all,

My latest build is based out of a Acer Aspire case (horrible machine, bane of any gaming), and its m-atx. So, I need a M-atx motherboard recomendation. It has to be a AMD board, and Nvidia chipset, with DDR2 and at least one PCI-E x16. I would love to do SLI, but I havn't seen any matx boards that can. Its a budget board, unless someone wants to sponsor me the board lol :)

I was thinking the XFX GeForce 8200 Motherboard, but lets hear what you, the forums, have to say

Thanks in advance!

The current board doesn't have a PCI Express slot? The only Acer Assfire I've ever worked on was an AM2 system with a Foxconn mATX board, which had a single PCI Express x16 slot. If it does have one, what exactly is wrong with it?

As for recommendations, I hope someone else can help with that.

Never get a NVidia chipset unless it's for a AMD CPU.

I my self bought the GF8200 mATX for Fallout 2.1 (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15724) I will let you know my thoughts in the coming days. I bought it so I could Hybrid SLi the on board GFX card but the other forums I have been on say it doesn't work like it should be. but ill let you know (at least it looks good)

The current one has a pci express slot, its just the entire process with this accer has been terrible, and the stock board has no overclocking optiions in bios last I checked (could be wrong).

Thanks, Cheron, that would be great.

Thanks again guys!
