Need help finding an article.

TGS posted a while ago an article which showed a group of people in California who thought there were beta testing a new OS. They all had XP and refused to upgrade to vista for whatever reasons. In the end they all said they would use it, turns out they were tricked by microsoft and it was Vista with a different name.
