Hey.
I wanted to put a window in this case that im about to start work on, but I dont have a dremel. I then realised that it is a plastic case with a very thin metal inside to it. I took the metal bit out and it fits fine with no problems, i cant work out how this metal plate would have affected the case.
The only thing I can think of is static or something :S I can cut the plastic without a dremel, but I cant cut the metal inside to it, so i was wondering, can I just use the plastic side without the metal? or will that cause problems?
I realy cant work out why i need it but it was obviously there for a reason...
Thanks
H

I worked on a @ELL case like this a few years ago, the metals gone and it's been running fine since then (still after 3 years!) so go for it MAN!
