I am currently a part of a study on the new Bird Flu vaccine. It consists of 6 visits over the course of 6 months. I received my first two injections yesterday of the vaccine. In two weeks I will return for a blood draw and two more injections of another type of vaccine. My blood (in a lab) will then be exposed to the virus to see if the anti-bodies can defeat the virus. I will keep returning to have blood drawn and receiving other versions of the vaccine till the 6 months are up.

Each visit I will be paid $75. Two days after the injections they will call me to check my status. For each phone call I will be paid $10.

6 visits (3 blood draws & injections/3 check-ups) - $75 each
3 phone calls - $10

Total $480 - Over 6 months!

I don't know AB.. Breasts might be worth it. We just had a class this morning on what my company will do in case of a Pandemic. I guess it's important for people to still have electricity in such cases or something.

I hope their vaccine turns out good. Heh heh, my uncle told me earlier that he has a box of 100 face masks and like 5+ gallons of hand sanitizer. He is a man with a plan!

Hmm... breasts almost would be worth it. *ponders this idea for a while*

I could drive to any big city in the Bay Area and get needles for free.

The Governator does not want those meth addicts catching aids you know...

You can get needles where ever they sell diabetic supplies.
