I just bought a fan controller and some new fans, but I just now noticed that all of my new fans have only a 4-pin Molex connector, and the fan controller has only 3-pin male connections. I've looked and found adapters to go from Molex to 3-pin male (to run a 3-pin fan on a Molex connection) but cannot find one to go from Molex to 3-pin female (to run a Molex fan on a 3-pin connection). Does anyone know where a guy could find such an adapter? Can I simply wire the fans to the 3-pin male connectors manually? If so, does anyone know which wires to connect?

Consulted Google with "4 pin molex to 3 pin"
http://www.allpinouts.org/index.php/Motherboard_CPU_Cooling_Fan
Also used Google with "fan pinout 3 pin"
So you can wire it up yourself.

I saw an animated pic on a forum site recently that read "We are not your personal search engine!"
I'll do my research more thoroughly before posting in the future. Thanks for the research and +rep.
